Accessibility Statement
We are committed to making our website easily accessible to everyone – regardless of individual abilities or technical requirements. That’s why we are continuously working to improve accessibility across all our digital content, in line with the German Accessibility Improvement Act (BFSG) and the European Accessibility Act (Directive 2019/882).
What We’ve Already Implemented
We’ve already taken an important step: in the bottom-left corner of our website, you’ll find a symbol that opens our Accessibility Tools Panel. With just one click, users can personalize their experience using a range of helpful features:
- Increase contrast
- Highlight links
- Larger text & font adjustments
- Letter spacing controls
- Additional descriptions
- Pause animations
- Reading guide
- Keyboard navigation (Tab key)
- Customizable cursor
What We’re Still Working On
Despite the progress we’ve made, there are still a few areas we’re actively improving:
- Some buttons currently lack accessible names for screen readers.
- Certain links are not clearly labeled.
- In some places, the contrast ratio between text and background is insufficient.
Our Plan
We take accessibility seriously – not just as a legal obligation, but as an essential part of providing a great user experience for everyone. The issues mentioned above are already being reviewed and will be addressed step by step.
