Order and Shipping
As soon as a package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. With the tracking number provided, you can check the shipping status at any time.
Standard shipping time:
2-4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Express shipping time:
1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). Express shipping can only be selected if you have entered a phone number in your user profile.
Within Germany
Standard shipping within Germany costs €4.99. You can choose express delivery for an additional €9.99 on top of the standard shipping cost.
For orders over €99, standard shipping within Germany is free. However, express delivery always incurs a charge.
PayPal
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to your PayPal account after clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button. Log in to your account and complete the payment according to PayPal’s instructions.
Credit Card
When paying by credit card, you authorize Kempa—by providing your card type (MASTERCARD or VISA), card number, expiration date, and security code—to charge your credit card with the purchase amount after clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button. The charge is processed immediately.
SOFORT Bank Transfer
When paying via SOFORT bank transfer, you authorize Kempa—by providing your banking details—to collect the purchase amount from the specified account after clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button. The amount is due immediately.
Giropay
When paying with Giropay, a window appears after clicking the "Order with obligation to pay" button, where you enter your bank’s identification code to find the corresponding bank or savings bank. You will then be redirected to your bank’s login page, where you log in with your account number and PIN to complete the payment.
All prices in the online shop are in euros, include VAT, and exclude any applicable shipping costs. We offer various payment options, and your payments are processed securely with the highest encryption standards.
Kempa reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods on a case-by-case basis during the ordering process or to suggest alternative payment options.
If the ordered goods are unavailable or a contract cannot be concluded for any other reason, Kempa will immediately refund any payments already received. All other rights of uhlsport remain reserved.
In the customer account section under “Addresses,” you can change, add, or set a default delivery and billing address.
If you need to change the delivery address of an order that has not yet been shipped, please contact our customer service directly—preferably by phone. They will check whether your order can still be processed. You can find the contact details further down on this page.
Unfortunately, the delivery address cannot be changed after an order has been shipped. If cancellation is no longer possible and your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to us, and you will receive a refund.
Modifying or canceling an order is generally only possible as long as the items have not yet been packed or shipped.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service directly – preferably by phone. They will check whether your order can still be canceled. You can find the contact details further down on this page.
You can easily check the current status of your order via the DHL tracking. You can find the tracking number for your order in the shipping confirmation email.
