Return and Refund
Returns within Germany are free of charge and must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you have a customer account, you can easily download the return label from your account area. Guest customers should contact our customer service to receive a return label. Unfortunately, for returns from abroad, shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
Please return items unworn, unused, and preferably in their original packaging. Pack your return securely to avoid damage during transport and send the parcel to:

The purchase amount will be credited to you as soon as possible after we receive the return—always according to the payment method you chose when placing your order.
We confirm the return via email after we have checked it. This may take a few days. So, if you see in the tracking that your package has arrived at our warehouse, please allow us a few more days.
We cannot automatically offset items against each other, so a direct exchange is unfortunately not possible.
Simply return your order. We will refund the purchase amount as soon as we receive your return.
In the online shop, you can check if the item is still available in the desired size or color. You can then order it again.
There are two ways to find your return documents, depending on whether you have a customer account or not.
With a customer account
You can download and print your return documents directly from your Kempa customer account. Before printing, you can select which items you want to return. Place the printed form inside your package.
Without a customer account
If you don’t have a customer account, you can download the return form here. Please fill out the form and include it in your return package.
You can return ordered items free of charge within 14 days. However, an item can only be claimed and returned for exchange if it is in unworn condition. Attached tags must not be removed from the item or its packaging. Additionally, personalized items, such as those individually printed or custom-made, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
On the return form, you can specify your reason for return. Possible reasons include:
- Wrong item delivered
- Defective/worn
- Price/performance issue
- Different from the description
- Different from the image
- Ordered for selection
- Incomplete item
- Delivered too late
- Poor quality
You can also use the return form to provide any other reasons or comments.
As soon as we receive and check your return, we will refund your money. Processing your return may take up to 5 business days after receiving the package. After a successful inspection and processing of your return, we will send you a return confirmation.
Once you receive the return confirmation, we will refund your money within 2-5 business days.
If you notice that an item is damaged or has another defect, you can file a complaint with us. We require clear photos that clearly show the damage or defect. Please also include a brief description and provide us with the order number. You can find the order number, for example, in the order confirmation. Send all information to shop@kempa-sports.com.
